Note: If you’re already fit like Efron, you may do all 3 circuits at once as part of this routine. For beginners, complete 1-2 sets, depending on your fitness level. Make sure to take 1 minute rest between every set.
Note: The amount of rest in between every set depends on the exercise and the number of reps required. If an exercise requires less than 8 reps, rest 2-3 minutes in between set. For exercises requiring 8 reps, rest 90 seconds, and for exercises calling for more than 8 reps rest 1 minute.
Make sure to take at least 2 days off from working out to give your muscles ample time to recover.
